Kaleigh Hart 

Owner/ Founder + Artistic Director

 

Kaleigh Hart (Miss Kaleigh) is an award-winning choreographer, coach, and artistic director recognized for her creative approach to movement, storytelling, and performance. Her choreographic work has earned multiple state and regional titles, numerous choreography honors, and multiple selections for the Maryland State Dance Festival. Known for creating emotionally driven, dynamic work, Kaleigh is dedicated to developing technically strong, versatile artists with confidence, individuality, and a powerful sense of self.

Regan Baker 

Modern Technique 

Ballet Technique 

Regan Baker began her dance training under Wally Dashiell at Dashiell’s School of Dancing and continued her studies at L’École de Danse and Chesapeake Ballet Company. She earned her degree in Dance Education from the University of South Carolina and went on to teach at Columbia City Jazz Conservatory under the direction of Dale Lam, where she served as Director of the Modern Dance Program and technical faculty.

 

Regan has extensive experience training dancers for competitions including Groove, JUMP, 24/7, and The Dance Awards, as well as preparing students for collegiate dance auditions. Her students have been accepted into programs including Juilliard, Point Park University, Boston Conservatory, SUNY Purchase, USC, George Mason University, and Clemson University.

 

Classically trained in ballet, Regan also holds an Alvin Ailey Horton Modern teaching certification, bringing a strong foundation in both ballet and modern dance to her teaching.

Jessi Mortillaro

Ballet 

Jessi has been dancing for over 20 years, growing up training on both competition and performance teams with a strong emphasis on technique.  After high school, she attended Towson University and received her BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography. There, she honed her skills in ballet, modern, composition, and pedagogy. She also found a love of anatomy and using it to train dancers safely and effectively, combining science with artistry to create beautiful movement.

Tristan Comba 

Acro

Strength  + Flex

Tristan (Miss T) thrives on teaching acro dance and conditioning, helping dancers grow into their strongest selves. With a background in competitive gymnastics and dance, her love for teaching movement came naturally. As an AcrobaticArts-certified instructor, Miss T finds purpose in building dancers’ confidence, developing their technique, and celebrating every accomplishment along the way!
