DRESS CODE/ATTIRE
At Bravehart Movement Co., our dress code is designed to allow dancers to move comfortably and confidently while giving instructors the ability to properly see alignment and technique. Dancers should arrive in clean, appropriate dancewear with hair secured away from the face.
Ballet & Ballet Technique

Company Dancers
Company dancers should follow the dress code for each class style and maintain a clean, professional appearance during classes and rehearsals. Additional company-specific attire may be required throughout the season.
General Footwear Policy
Dancers may participate barefoot in all classes (EXCEPT HIP HOP) unless otherwise instructed by their teacher. Appropriate dance shoes are encouraged for styles where footwear supports training and technique but are not required unless specifically communicated by the instructor.
Any dance shoes or sneakers worn in the studio should be clean and reserved for indoor use. Outdoor shoes should not be worn on the studio dance floor.
General Guidelines
Dancers should wear clothing that allows for full movement and gives instructors the ability to see proper alignment. Jeans, dresses, restrictive clothing, and large or dangling jewelry should not be worn during class.
Hair should be secured away from the face for all classes. Bravehart Movement Co. apparel may be worn when appropriate for the class.
